When reconstruction needs more than one discipline

Complex full-mouth care is not a collection of procedures. It is one diagnosis, one sequence, and a plan that respects tissue, function, and the person living with the result.

Some patients arrive seeking more than a brighter shade. They may be living with failing implants, advanced periodontal loss, a collapsed bite, fractured restorations, pain, or the social weight of dentistry that no longer lets them feel at ease. In these cases, cosmetic language is too small for the problem.

Complex reconstruction can involve periodontal treatment, extraction, grafting, implants, occlusal evaluation, provisional restorations, laboratory design, and long-term maintenance. The order matters. A technically successful procedure can still fail the patient if it is carried out in isolation from the rest of the case.

Tetri’s Smile coordinates clinical records, PIC photogrammetry for selected complete-arch implant cases, functional evaluation when indicated, and a digital laboratory in the same building. Some qualified cases may receive a fixed provisional during a concentrated visit; anatomy, stability, medical status, and the treatment plan determine timing.

Organic reputation should be the residue of accountable work: documented diagnosis, careful consent, honest limitations, and results that can be followed over time. This journal exists to make that process legible before a patient ever books a flight or enters an operatory.
